Most of this sub-series was deprioritised early in the platform’s build and remains inactive in the taxonomy. Two component nodes carry live readings — Housing Affordability Analysis (21180) and Rental Market Analysis (21190), both built from state rental bond authority data, with their weighting provisional pending ratification. A third, National Market Reports (21110), groups two certified dwelling-price components and carries no composite reading of its own.
The remaining six component nodes — State/Regional and Local Market Reports, Market Growth Analysis, Market Decline Analysis, Market Forecasts, and Auction Market Analysis — are not currently active in the platform taxonomy.
