APN Codex Node 2220022000 Series — Insight (Forward-Looking Commentary)
Regional & State-Level Insight
1What This Node Covers
Forward-looking commentary confined to one state, territory or regional economy, or comparing two or more. It captures where jurisdictions diverge: in market conditions, in state regulation, and in the uneven effect of federal policy across different parts of the country.
2Components
Each state and territory has its own node, and a further node holds comparisons across states. Within each, the last digit of the node number names the kind of piece, on the same pattern as National Insight (22100): 1 Release Review, 2 Quarterly Conditions Statement, 3 Claim Test, 4 Structural Diagnosis, 5 Scenario Evaluation.

3Governance Constraints
- State claims rest on state data. They are anchored to state-disaggregated ABS series, state revenue office publications or state-level industry sources.
- National data is never generalised to a state without state-specific sourcing.
- Where the data does not exist at the required level, the piece declares NIL RETURN rather than estimating.
