24000 – APN Proprietary Indices

The 24000 series is APN’s own composite/derived analytical layer — indices built by synthesising the objective 21000-series data (economic, demographic, construction, legislative, and sentiment telemetry) into single, defensible readings on specific questions: social capital robustness, regulatory friction, climate-risk asset exposure, investment conditions, and more.

Eight branches are scoped across this series. As of this page, six are live composites (24100, 24200, 24400, 24500, 24600, 24700), the top-level APN Sovereign Policy Composite Index™ (24800) composes five of them, and one is not yet built (24300). The table below is the honest current state, not an aspirational one.

• Live and certified (6 branches): 24100 (APN Social Capital Index™), 24200 (APN Risk & Compliance Index™), 24400 (APN Future Development Pipeline Index™), 24500 (APN Climate-Risk Asset Devaluation Index™), 24600 (APN Net State Position™, provisional) and 24700 (APN Investment Conditions Index™) are fully built, ratified, and scored — see each branch for full methodology and disclosed caveats.
• Top-level composite: 24800 (APN Sovereign Policy Composite Index™) reads national property-system pressure as the equal-weighted mean of 24200, 24400, 24500, 24600 and the signed composition of 24700, and is certified at an indicative 88.3 (March 2026), provisional while 24600 is. Further branches join it as their composites are built.
• Not yet built (1 branch): 24300 has no data source yet — not a decision to leave it empty, simply not yet sourced.
• Provisional (1 branch): 24600 (APN Net State Position™) composes on 24610 and 24620; its latest quarters are provisional until the 2025-26 state taxation figures are published. It composes into 24800.
