APN Codex Node 2250022000 Series — Insight
Profiles
1What This Node Covers
Profiles assess the public record of individual people whose decisions and statements bear on housing and property conditions. Each profile is Australian Property Network’s (APN’s) own analysis: what the person said, what followed, and how the record has held up against the published data. Profiles are live pages, kept current as the record grows.
3Governance Constraints
- Every statement is sourced to the primary record: the person’s own institution, or Hansard.
- Praise and criticism are held to the same evidential standard, and each is labelled as political or expert.
- A profile concerns the public role only. Nothing on private life, no anonymous criticism, and no motive attributed.
- A profile is not a viewpoint piece. People’s own arguments appear in the 23000 Series; a single public claim is tested in a National Claim Test (22103).
