APN Agora™ (Amenity & Access Index)
APN Agora™ is one of five pillars in the APN Social Capital Index™, measuring the richness of the lived experience: social-infrastructure density (third places), public transport utility, digital connectivity, green-space access, and proximity to essential daily services. It quantifies the amenity premium infrastructure investment generates at a location.
Agora’s causal pathway is structurally distinct from the other four branches: it responds primarily to construction/supply-chain inputs via a pipeline-lag mechanism (estimated transmission lag 12–36 months, the longest in the 24100 series alongside Substrate) rather than financial or sentiment inputs.
Equal-weighted mean of available sub-node scores (24141–24145) — ratified 29 Jul 2026. No minimum-component floor at this parent level; the component count is tracked per geography. A whole-geography population>200 floor applies uniformly to all five sub-nodes.
Digital Artery (31.52) is the weakest component by a wide margin — a direct consequence of its rank-normalisation ceiling (see 24143), not a genuine connectivity gap of that scale. Mobility Matrix (50.00) and Service Proximity (49.99) sit almost exactly at the theoretical percentile-rank mean, consistent with their broader, more continuous underlying signals.
The other four pillars of the APN Social Capital Index™ (24100).
- Equal-weighted mean of five components, weighting ratified 29 Jul 2026
