The rename
Node 24420 was registered as the APN Infrastructure Uplift Multiplier™ (APN IUM™) — a multiplier on adjacent property values, sourced from Infrastructure Australia’s Priority List and state infrastructure-project trackers. That construction was never built.
The node’s first-cut construction, certified 11 September 2026, reads year-on-year growth in aggregate public-sector engineering work done on roads, water, sewerage and electricity. It has been renamed the APN Enabling Infrastructure Index™, certified at −0.3268σ (Q1 2026).
What this means for readers
“APN Infrastructure Uplift Multiplier™,” “APN IUM™,” and any uplift-multiplier reading attributed to node 24420 refer to a construction that does not exist. The certified node measures infrastructure delivery volume, not a valuation multiplier.
