Mortgage Repayments Against Income, Suburb by Suburb, 2021

At the 2021 Census the median mortgage repayment equalled about 24.6% of median household income. Suburb by suburb the ratio was highest in New South Wales and lowest in the ACT, measured when the cash rate was 0.10%.
