The node runs on 2016→2021 Census data: the change in household income and in Bachelor's-degree-or-higher attainment over that period. This is a trajectory measure, distinct from Human Capital Depth (24133), which measures the current stock of attainment. It is named Advancement Velocity. ##### What this means for readers "Aspiration Velocity" describing building approvals or development activity refers to the earlier construction. Node 24134 measures income and attainment growth.
