### Northern Territory — LGA Conditions Intelligence

1About This Index
APN Conditions Intelligence cards for Northern Territory Local Government Areas — clinical, data-native reports on population, migration, growth trajectory, and demographic conditions at LGA grain. See the [APN Bedrock™ (node 24110)](https://australianproperty.network/apn-codex/series-20000/series-24000/series-24100/series-24110/) methodology for the socio-economic component referenced on each card.

3Coverage

- **2 of 17 Northern Territory LGAs built so far.** Darwin was chosen as the capital and the LGA carrying by far the largest and most distinctive signal in the territory: -6,332 net internal migration across the four financial years to 2024-25, deeper than any other NT LGA. Litchfield, Darwin's immediate rural-residential neighbour, was built next as the only directly-bordering pair in this series — its small, positive, rising net migration is consistent with a peri-urban donut pattern around the capital, disclosed as a plausible reading rather than a proven link.
