### New South Wales — LGA Conditions Intelligence

1About This Index
APN Conditions Intelligence cards for New South Wales Local Government Areas — clinical, data-native reports on population, migration, growth trajectory, and demographic conditions at LGA grain. See the [APN Bedrock™ (node 24110)](https://australianproperty.network/apn-codex/series-20000/series-24000/series-24100/series-24110/) methodology for the socio-economic component referenced on each card.

3Coverage

- **2 of 128 New South Wales LGAs built so far.** Blacktown was chosen from the "deceleration cohort" — a genuinely different pattern from the four "repricing gap" LGAs built first (Fraser Coast, Bundaberg, Mandurah, Playford): sharply decelerating internal migration against strong, steady natural-increase-driven growth, rather than sustained structural inflow. Camden was chosen as NSW's largest net-migration absorber by a wide margin (+16,116 over four years) and the only LGA in the whole series with no weak growth phase at all.
